At KikiTextiles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fabric purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully fold the fabric and place it in the original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the material is free from cuts or alterations.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned textile, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
